He is survived by: his wife Elsie Shrewsbury McKinney; his sons, Sidney McKinney of Mullens and Keith McKinney (Maria) of Mt Holly, NC; and his sister Josephine Tolliver of Beckley. He is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
