She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Calvin Hankins, Jr. and Erma Viola Kestner Hankins; her husband Gerald L. Smith; and her siblings, Freddie Hankins, Robert A. Hankins, Tina Smith and Hattie Muncy.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Tessa Mutter (Scott) of Princeton; her great grandchild Addisyn Mutter; her sister Cynthia Harman (Gordon Harman, Jr.) of Princeton; her friend Shirley Harman of Burtoff, Florida; her daughter Diedra Addair of Princeton; her grandson Timothy Justin Addair of Princeton; her son Terry; her daughter-in-law Debra Smith of St. Clairsville, OH; and her granddaughter Staci Smith Johnson (Allene Hankins Smith) of Wheeling.
