She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Charles Cooper and Ruth Ferguson Cooper; her husband Harold Phillips; and her son Chris Allen Phillips. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa C. Phillips of Ashland, VA; her grandson Aaron Phillips (Kayla); her great grandchildren, Sadie, Rylee and Lilah of Aylett, VA; her grandson Arick Goodman (Baylee); her great grandchild Zoey of Virginia Beach, VA; her sister Nancy Cooper Stoll (Bob) of Spokane, WA; and her daughter-in-law Kari Phillips of East Haven, CT. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
