She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessee Comer and Cora Elizabeth Tanner Comer; her husband James Ronald Richards; her son James Edward Richards; and her grandson John Kirby Walker, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda Ellison and Rebecca Campbell (Randy); her grandchildren, Adam Gene Campbell and Angela Ellison; and her brother Roger Comer.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Memorial Funeral Directory Inc (654 Athens Rd, Princeton, WV 24740). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of the Memorial.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to the Mercer County Animal Shelter.
