He is survived by: his wife Mildred Collins; his children, Michelle Graves of Tazewell, TN, Angie Cline (Mark) of Iaeger, WV and Marvin Potter Jr. (Anna) of Beckley, WV; his grandchildren, Angel Stacy (Ethan), Brittany Rotenberry (Scott), Marvin Potter (Caitlin Cook), Cheyenne Potter (Josh Boothe), Jayson Ratliff (Kimberly), Meghan Ratliff, Kyler Potter and Shaelee Potter; and his siblings, George Collins (Deborah) of Princeton, WV and Joan Blankenship (Clyde). He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
