She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Coffey and Lucille Cochran Coffey; her husband Roger Clarence Watkins; and her brother Jack Coffey. She is survived by: her children, Gary Watkins (Tina) of Glenwood, WV, Pat Watkins (Robin) of Brushfork, WV and Aaron Watkins of Princeton, WV; her grandchildren, Kristen Farley (Jamie), Corey Watkins (Aubrey), Brian Watkins (Melanie), Monica Harman, Amanda Butler (Greg), Lianna Futterman, Sarah Watkins and Kim Puckett (John); her siblings, Ricky Duncan, Dave Duncan and Cathy Sparks; and her pet Ellie. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; her cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home (3431 Coal Heritage Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
