He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lee Raines and Mabel Marie White Raines; and his brothers, Robert L. Raines, Jerry N. Raines and Larry B. Raines.
He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Raines; his sister Rose Ann Goddard; and his sister-in-law Sandra Raines. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
