He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred James Blevins and Kathleen Belcher Blevins; his former wife Norma Thompson Blevins; and his brothers, Russell Blevins and Ernest Blevins.
He is survived by: his daughter Julie Blevins of Princeton; his granddaughter Wren Blevins (Tyler Troxel) of Princeton; and his siblings, Lee Roy Blevins of Princeton and Freda Carter (Kenneth) of Princeton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Midway Church of Christ (3014 Big Laurel Hwy, Bluefield, WV 24701). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens (450 Courthouse Rd, Princeton, WV 24740).
