He was predeceased by: his mother Etta Pack; and his wife Dana Pack. He is survived by: his father Oscar Pack; his son Johnny Pack (Tabatha); and his grandchildren, Brody, Brooklynn and Cody (Maggie).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Roselawn Funeral Home (450 Courthouse Rd, Princeton, WV 24740). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
