Corbit Alec Lane Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2023, at the age of 77, Corbit Alec Lane of Princeton, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Thelma; his siblings, Susan "Et" Tiller (Don), Betty Jo Blevins Ide and Wilson Lane (Eunice); and his sister-in-law Cindy Hubbard.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Straughan (Mike) of North Carolina, Michelle Lane Farley (David) of Kegley and Michael Lane of Kegley; his grandchildren, James Straughan, Curtis Straughan, Savannah Straughan (Zacherey Jones), Haley Straughan, Carmella Lane and Payton Lane; his great grandchildren, Avery Alister Jones, Juniper Bee Jones, Bailey Semones and Kyler Semones; his brothers, Gary Hubbard (Kaye) of Spanishburg and Edward "Red" Hubbard of Princeton; his brother-in-law George Ide of North Carolina; and his close friend Sharon Hess. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
