It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dana Forest Phlegar of Princeton, West Virginia, born in New York, New York, who passed away on June 4, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Daniel Phlegar, Jr. and Mary Carlos Phlegar; and his brothers, Stephen Phlegar and Peter Phlegar. He is survived by: his wife Katherine "Kathy" Phlegar of Princeton; his daughters, Robin Phlegar Bolen (Charles) of Princeton, Amy Phlegar Ingram of Princeton and Valerie Phlegar Hatfield (Geoff) of High Point, NC; his grandchildren, Nick Begovich, Matthrew Begovich, Landon Bolen and Haley Conner Trull (Dustin); his siblings, Joe Phlegar (Barbara), Zane Phlegar (Chris), Doll Whitman, Jeanene Puckett and Nikki Tarlton (Tim); his aunt Geraldine Phlegar; and his pet Speedy.
