He is survived by: his wife Wanda Jackson Goad of Princeton; his children, James Edward Goad of Princeton, Danny Ray Goad, Jr. of Princeton, David Ray Goad (Summer) of Princeton and Sherry Clemons (Kenny Nelson) of Princeton; his grandchildren, Autum Clemons (Tyler Mills), Faith Clemons (Austin Ellison), William C. Clemons, Lyndsey Goad, Evelyn Goad and Lucas Goad; his great grandchildren, Dean Clemons, Paysleigh Mills, Hayes Ellison and Oliver Ellison; and his sisters, Angel Poore of Princeton, Ruby Ann Tiller (Gerald) of Ballard, WV and Susan O'Donnell (Stacy) of Nemours, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
