He was predeceased by: his father David R. Dobbins. He is survived by: his mother Betty Meadows Tilley (Robert); his wife Patricia Comer Dobbins; his sons, D. Richard Dobbins, III (Monica) of Winfield, WV and Jonathan Dobbins (Molly) of Weirton, WV; his grandchildren, Hudson, Colton, Easton and Brynn; and his siblings, Teresa Dobbins of Oakvale, Roxanne Dobbins of Princeton and Col William "Bill" Aldridge (Viking) of Bluefield. He is also survived by many loving in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
