He was predeceased by: his parents, John Woody and Effie Moore Woody; his sister Donna Kay McCoy; and his brother-in-law Mike Adkins. He is survived by: his son Terry Smith (Jennifer); his grandsons, Nathan Lee Smith (Raelee), John Brady Smith, Cody Layne Smith and Michael Long; his sisters, Sandra Adkins, Barbara Woody Hutchins (David) and Joetta McKee; and his close friend Kermit Wiley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews.
