He is survived by: his children, Gary Dewayne Bergen (Kayleigh Bergen) and Sylvanna Elizabeth Smith (Ace Smith); and his siblings, Elizabeth Francis Sargent and Raymond Lewis Bergen, Sr.. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
