He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Emory Widener and Opal Ann Mullins Widener; his siblings, Barbara Widener and Bobby Widener; his parents-in-law, Jarrell C. Alford and Juanita Myers Alford; and his brothers-in-law, Joe Widener and Keith Yates.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Ellen Alford Widener; his daughter Amy Rae Widener Harrison; his son-in-law Shane Harrison; his grandchildren, Abby Dilley (Dustin) and Noah Harrison; his sister Joann Widener Yates; his nieces, Angela Cowger (Mark), Diana Mosley (Jeff) and Gail Orndorff; Elinor Bright, Alan Jenkins, Doug, Billie Wood, Ted, Sharon Spadaro, Robert, Bonnie McConnell, Tommy, Linda Greene, Rhonda Goode, Jeff, Brenda Harshbarger and Diane Petrunger.
