She is survived by: her caregiver Paulette Neely of Oakvale; her sister Louise Ellison of Lindside; her nephew Steve Ellison (Sharon) of Lindside; her nieces, Kathy Ballard (Phil) of Union, WV. and Betty Jo Atkins (Ernie) of Union, WV.; and her stepchildren, Arven Lee Neely Jr. (Valorie) of Union, WV and Teresa Lucas (Dwight) of Georgia.
