He is survived by: his sons, Chad Cottingham of Milwaukee, WI and Jay Cottingham of Milwaukee, WI; the mother of his children Cindy Siray of Milwaukee; and his brothers, Todd Cottingham of Princeton and Russell Cottingham of Sacramento. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great- nieces and nephews.
