He is survived by: his children, James "Scott" Mayberry, Jr. (Lynn) of Athens, WV and Carla "Lynn" Hanchock (Don) of Princeton, WV; his grandsons, Dustin W. Hanchock (Jessica) of Mt. Juliet, TN and Todd C. Hanchock of Pleasant View, TN; his great grandchildren, Kayleigh, Bryson and Trenten Hanchock; and his nieces, Patricia Ridinger of Patton, PA and Cynthia Ridinger DelSignore of Pittsburgh, PA..
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Directory (654 Athens Rd, Princeton, WV 24740). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
