He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Jarrell and Clara Jarrell; his wife Darlene; and his grandson Joey Duncan. He is survived by: his children, Janet Duncan (David), Wanda Kendrick, Billy Jarrell (April Day), Alisa Hess and Deidre Blankenship (CM). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Directory (654 Athens Rd, Princeton, WV 24740). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
