With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kayla Dawn Cook of Princeton, West Virginia, who passed away on June 28, 2023 at the age of 28. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Lawrence and Hazel Hazelwood; her brother-in-law Steven Cook; and her stepdaughter Daralynn Cook. She is survived by: her parents, Jeff Hazelwood and Tammy Hazelwood; her husband Craig Cook; her grandparents, David Miller and Brenda Heldreth; her stepchildren, Bradley and Haley Cook; her siblings, Brandi Christian (Zack), Grace Brown (Austin), Brittany Hazelwood (Gary) and Randal Hazelwood; her aunt Donna Michaelson (Ken); her uncle Steve Miller (Michelle); her mother-in-law Shirley Cook; her cousins, Josh Sisk (Tracey), Marybeth Miller and Steven Miller; and her siblings-in-law, Amy Edwards and Richard Edwards. She is also survived by other loving cousins, nieces, and nephews.
