He is survived by: his wife Sandra Gail Presley Phillips; his children, Randy Wayne Phillips (Mary) and Josette Richmond; his granddaughter Riley Richmond; his siblings, Bobby Phillips (Debbie), Sandy Lynch and Beverly Tucker; and his sister-in-law Debbie Phillips. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
