She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Farley and Lucy Wood Farley; her siblings, Mary Jane Richardson, Willa Mae Shepherd, Lorene Slusher, Dolly Bishop and David Farley; and her son-in-law Melvin Dalton (Skip).
She is survived by: her husband Freddie Belcher; her daughter Jill Belcher-Cerankowski (Joseph Cerankowski); her grandsons, Jeffrey Dalton (Caiti Riden) and Kyle Dalton (Robynne Dalton); her great grandchild Kyle (Robynne); her sisters, Cora Thompson and Florence Bishop; and her friend Bonnie Wiley. She is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Directory Chapel (654 Athens Rd, Princeton, WV 24740). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In leu of flowers, Lou's wishes were for donations to be sent to Willowbrook Baptist Church, 118 Willowbrook Rd., Princeton, WV 24739.
