She was predeceased by : her parents, Leonard Belcher and Virgie Frances Lane Belcher; and her sister Shelia Horne. She is survived by : her brother Kenneth Belcher. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Memorial Funeral Directory (654 Athens Rd, Princeton, WV 24740). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at the Elkhorn Church Cemetery.
