He was predeceased by: his parents, Dayton Roscoe Neal and Virginia May Campbell Neal; his wife Anna Laura Bailey Neal; and his sister Barbara Jo Smith. He is survived by: his children, Dayton "Doug" Neal (Lisa) and Cathy Neal Whitt (Jim Hatmaker); and his grandchildren, Kyle Neal (Kristin), Christy Whitt Weatherly (Travis) and Kelli Neal Embrescia (John). He is also survived by Six great-grandchildren.
