With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mark Alan Walkup (Princeton, West Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 6, 2026 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother BJ; his wife Amber; his children, Aaron Walkup (Malia) of Bluefield and Morgan Brinkley (Joey) of Princeton; his grandchildren, Briannah, Riley, Quinn, Wyatt, Ella and Karson; his sister Donna Gordon (Johnie); his father Larry Walkup; and his grandparents, Junior, Dorothy Walkup and Bessie.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made in Mark's honor to the Wounded Warrior Project to continue his patriotism and unwavering support of the veteran community.
