He is survived by: his wife Lisa Welch; his daughters, Amanda Welch and Camryn Garrett (Chase); his brothers, Jerry Welch (Brenda Stout) and Christopher Welch (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Alysha Welch and Ashlyn Welch-Ortiz. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Roselawn Funeral Home (450 Courthouse Rd, Princeton, WV 24740). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
