She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Alfred Alvis; her children, David Alvis, Rebecca Lilly (Timothy) and Mark Alvis; her grandchildren, Caroline Pounds (Jason), Michael Alvis (Stefanie), Chris Brewster (Missy), Hannah Brewster, Ethan Alvis, Scott Lilly, Matthew Lilly and Luke Lilly (Emily); her great grandchildren, Alana, Elliott, Reagan and Tig Mae; and her siblings, James Rodney Evans and Karen Tignor. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Directory Inc (654 Athens Rd, Princeton, WV 24740). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of the Memorial. A burial was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at the Athens Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Immanuel Baptist Church.
