She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Riffe and Helen Martin Riffe; and her sister Doris Lee Bradley. She is survived by: her husband Quinton Coulter of Princeton, WV; her children, Jeff Coulter of Chattanooga, TN and Pam Perdue (J. J.) of Narrows, VA; her grandchildren, Lacey Muncy (Zack) of Bluefield, VA, Telisha Pauley (Elijah) of Charlotte, NC, Morgan Pennington (Colyn), J. D. Perdue and Olivia Perdue; her great grandchildren, Reese Marie Pauley, Charlotte Grace Pauley and Georgia May Pennington; and her nieces, Derondah Boothe and Vicky Jo Bradley.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home (111 Market St, Peterstown, WV 24963). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
