She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Harvey and Florence Keatley Harvey; her husband Ronald L. Bailey; and her siblings, Louise Humphries, John Harvey, Alma Akers, Jimmy Harvey and Robert Harvey.

She is survived by: her son David Bailey (Sandee) of Roanoke, Virginia; her grandchildren, Matthew of Manassas, Jason of Lynchburg, Michael of Lynchburg, Krisee of Spotsylvania, Carol Ann of Radford, Virginia, Evie of Spotsylvania, Virginia., Moriah of Spotsylvania, Virginia. and Ellie of Spotsylvania, Virginia.; and her sisters-in-law, Loretta Harvey of Bluefield and Ann O'Quinn of Baltimore, Maryland..

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home (1612 Honaker Ave, Princeton, WV 24740). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Kee Street United Methodist Church, 311 Kee Street, Princeton, WV 24740.
