He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Shrewsbury (Scottie Rye) of Basin and Dwight David Mills (Rebecca) of Matoaka; his grandchildren, Aaron Foley, Benjamin Mills and Megan Mills; his great grandchildren, Jasper, Kassidy and Oakley; his grandsons, Jonathan and Kayden; and his siblings, Billy Mills (Phyllis) of Basin, Donna Foley (Lacy) of Basin and Kathy Shrewsbury of Basin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
