He is survived by: his wife Penny Czarnik of Princeton; his children, Dr. Ann Czarnik Fernandez (Jason) of Austin, TX, William Czarnik of Bluefield, VA and Jana Remines (Bruce) of Hurricane, WV; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Kathryn Fernandez, Isabella and Olivia Remines; and his siblings, Howard Czarnik of Bunker Hill, WV, Audre Hoffman of Upper Tract, WV and Mary McCormick of Littleton, CO..
