He is survived by: his children, Debra Paitsel Jenkins (Richard), Larry Pennington, Michael Pennington (Connie) and Ginger Bailey (Randall); his grandchildren, Paul Pennington (Jess), Sheila Martin (Marvin), Rick Pennington (Lisa), Randall "Dale" Bailey, Jr., Stephanie Bailey and Katie Stores (Chaun); and his brother Robert Paitsel (Karen). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
