He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Yurchick (Christopher) and Ricky Meadows, Jr. (Allison); his grandchildren, London Meadows, Jonah Meadows, Meadow Yurchick, Bailey Meadows, Harper Meadows, Willow Yurchick, Levi Butler, Benton Butler, Mika Butler and Samuel Butler; his siblings, Gary Meadows, Michael Meadows (Rebecca), Danny Meadows (Linda) and Brittany Sanders (Brett); and the mother of his children Deborah Pagenkopf (Thomas).
