He was predeceased by: his parents, Dana Hubbard (Comer) and Albert Meadows; his brother Steven Meadows; and his cousin Darrel Holdren. He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Yurchick (Christopher) and Ricky Meadows, Jr. (Allison); his grandchildren, London Meadows, Jonah Meadows, Meadow Yurchick, Bailey Meadows, Harper Meadows, Willow Yurchick, Levi Butler, Benton Butler, Mika Butler and Samuel Butler; his siblings, Gary Meadows, Michael Meadows (Rebecca), Danny Meadows (Linda) and Brittany Sanders (Brett); and the mother of his children Deborah Pagenkopf (Thomas).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Fredeking Funeral Service (2565 Goodwins Chapel Rd, Princeton, WV 24739). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
