We are sad to announce that, on January 27, 2021, at the age of 89, Robert Eugene Palmer (Princeton, West Virginia), born in Stone, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cover Palmer and Isabelle Farren Palmer; his wife Helen Louise Shorter Palmer; and his siblings, James Ronald Palmer, Walter Palmer and Betty Harrison.
He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Michael Palmer (Regina) and Douglas Eugene Palmer (Debbie); his grandchildren, Robbie, Christopher and Tiffany; his great grandchildren, Darrian, Kaydence, Zoe Palmer and Bryson Wyrick; and his close friend Mae Carbaugh.
Due to the Governor's mandate, masks and social distancing, will be observed.
