Robert Henry Walthall III Obituary

Robert Henry "Bob" Walthall, III, 74, of Princeton, died peacefully Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at Westwood Medical Center. Born January 29, 1949, in Princeton, he was the son of the late Robert H. Walthall, Jr. & Margaret Lucille Litz Walthall. Bob was a graduate of Princeton High School, class of 1966. He had retired from Lowe's as one of their top sales representatives with over 20 years of experience, both in Princeton and Georgia. Survivors include his two children: Alicia Carter (Eric), and Robbie Walthall (Christi); seven grandchildren: Paige Dennis (Danny Collier), Gia Carter, Evan Carter, Dexter Carter (Randi), Caleb Walthall (Alayna), Ashlyn Ivie, and Channing Walthall; one great grandchild, Ryder Collier. Two siblings: Jane Walthall & niece Litz, and Carolyn Mathena (Leroy); his ex-wife and mother of his children, Pam Winfrey; and a host of cousins. Memorial services will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday, December 16, 2023, in the Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton with John Puckett as the Eulogist. Friends may visit with the family on Saturday from Noon until the service hour. The Walthall family is being served by the Memorial Funeral Directory and Cremation Center on the Athens Road in Princeton.
