He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edward Clayton, Majorie Hawks, L. D. and Junie Doyle. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Hawks and Kathy Hawks; his children, Averi Hawks and Carson Hawks; his brother Jody Hawks (Sheena); his sister Kayla Blankenship (Tyler); his nieces and nephews, Liam and Cainan; and also Logan.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Johnston Chapel Baptist Church (984 Halls Ridge Rd, Princeton, WV 24739). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
