He is survived by: his wife Betty Rutledge Green; his sons, Pete Green (Jenny) and Billy Green; his grandchildren, Rachael Cox (Zack), Rhyan Green and Savannah Green; his great grandchild Raelynn Cox; and his siblings, Shelby Allen (Richard) and Roger Green.
