He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Jo Wooten; his parents, Wilbur Mann and Esther Mann of Lindside; his brothers, Donald, Carl and Larry Mann; and his sister-in-law Betty Jo.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Belcher (Bill) and Rick Mann (Sherry); his grandchildren, Kristen Mann, Leslie Mann (Michael Rowell), Adam Belcher (Ashley Crawford) and Amanda Shrewsbury (Alvin); his great grandchildren, Mikah, Maxx Mann, Scarlett, Ivy Carr, Kobey Taylor-Williams (Lacy Bridges) and Noah Taylor; and his siblings, Lucy Graham, Nancy Phillips, Bonnie Barberie (Dwain) and Harry Mann. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home (1612 Honaker Ave, Princeton, WV 24740). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
