He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Lona Skeen Jones; his brother Austin Skeen (Mary Jane) of Leesburg; and his sons, Larry Skeen (Julie) of Moorsville, NC., Chris Meadow (Mindy) of Dunbar, Anthony Skeen (Barbie) of Charleston and Clinton Skeen (Kim) of Charleston. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
