He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Dick Bullard and Muriel Osborne Brown; his sister Marion Bullard; his girlfriend Thelma Delores Dearman; and his stepchildren, Kenneth Dearman, Billy Gene Dearman and Judy Lee Elmore.
He is survived by: his daughter Leah Delores Bullard; his stepchildren, Kathryn Greathouse (Tony) of Elkview, Diana Kay Townsend (Keith) of Elkview, Larry Dearman (Pam) of St. Albans and Michael Dearman of Procious; and his half-siblings, Carolyn Sue Hanshaw (Jerry) of Valley Fork, Mary Hamrick of Lizemore, Phyllis Hunt (Berlin) of Lizemore, Brenda Kerr of Ohio, Marilyn Hickman (Harlow) of Lizemore and Tony Bullard (Peggy McCumbers) of Valley Fork. He is also survived by 11 step-grandchildren and 20 step-great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
