He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Kinder and Juanita Kinder; and his sister Donna Jean Combow (Sam). He is survived by: his wife Connie Lou Mullins; his sons, Richard Jr. "Rick", Timothy (Rebecca) and Kenneth (Teri); and his grandchildren, Maggie, Ricky, Alex, Timmy, Jay, Hope, Jessica, Joseph and Mason. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
