Charles Lee Huggins Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Lee Huggins of Proctor, West Virginia, who passed away on March 5, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Charles departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Charles may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Charles leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Huggins and Clarice Huggins (Blake); and his sisters, Juanita Parsons and Shirley Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his sons, Randy Huggins of Phoenix, AZ and Joe Huggins (Barbara) of Clarington, OH; his grandchildren, Mandy Huggins (Aaron Honaker) of Richmond, KY and Charles Joseph "CJ" Huggins of Clarington, OH; and his brother-in-law John Parsons of Paden City. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
