She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Anderson and Ethel Mae Anderson (Dunham); her husband Gerald "Jug" S. Blair; her son Carl Smith; and her siblings, Albert Anderson, Thomas Anderson, John Anderson and Susie Dorsett.

She is survived by: her children, Samuel Scott Smith of Tacoma, WA, Carol Lynn Crawford (Bruce) of New Martinsville, WV and Barbara Yeager (Jay) of Reader; and her siblings, Robert Anderson of Proctor, WV, Mary Helen McDaniels (Edward) of Phillipi, WV and Hilda Baxter of Proctor. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
