He is survived by: his wife Sandra Marie Ritchea Huggins; his sons, Mike Huggins (Peggy), Pat Huggins (LeeAnn) and Joe Huggins (Bobbie Sue); his grandchildren, Eric Huggins (Ashley), Bryan Huggins (Lexi), Dillon Huggins (Nikki), Keri O'neil (Bill) and Hunter Huggins (River Underwood); and his great grandchildren, Alden, Rayden, Elayna, Brentlee, Chase, Skylyn, Lily, Emma, Bryhar and Karson.
