David left this world on November 25, 2025 at the age of 78, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peyton Bailey and Frieda Graham Bailey; and his siblings, Wesley Bailey and Joyce Bailey Blaylock. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Bailey of Beaver; his daughters, Sherry Bailey of Beaver, WV and Beverly Bailey of Bristol, TN; and his brother Frank Bailey (Drema). He is also survived by five grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
