He is survived by: his wife Brenda Farley of Ury, WV; his children, Renee (Levi Moore) of Beaver, WV and Donnie (Diane Farley) of Crab Orchard, WV; his stepchildren, Annie (Steve Shrewsbury) of Helen, WV and John (Jennifer Shrewsbury) of Nashville, TN.; his pet Doofus; his grandchildren, Denae, Jenna, Jerica, Courtney, Brooke, Dani, Emma and Alex; and his sisters, Kathy (Clarence "C. E." Bays) and Karen Fish of Ruskin, FL.
