She was predeceased by: her parents, Glennis Green and Buster Green of Lexington, KY; and her brother Richard Green. She is survived by: her husband Everett; her children, Richard and Beth Ann Pack; her grandchildren, Randell Stover and RJ Pack; and her siblings, Jim Green, Mary Flagg and Sue Krug. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
