She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Edward and Sadie Maxine Blevins (Bailey); her sons, Andrew Blevins and Matthew Lilly; and her sister Amanda Blevins.
She is survived by: her grandson Joseph Hughes of Pennsboro, WV; her siblings, Roger Blevins of Ellenboro, WV, Naomi Maynard of Henlawson, WV, Paul Blevins of Madison, WV, Rebecca Lilly of Davin, WV, Thomas Blevins of Brook Park, OH, Linda Workman of Cyclone, WV, Jack Blevins of Brook Park, OH, Dorothy Workman of Pullman, WV, Teresa Johnson of Parkersburg, WV, Joann Mitchell of Vienna, WV, John Blevins of Walker, WV and Janet Collins of Walker, WV; and her pet Lucy. She is also survived by her loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Cox's Mills Church of God (1964 WV-74, Coxs Mills, WV 26342). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
