He is survived by: his son Steven D. Rinker (Dee Dee) of Purgitsville; his grandchildren, Justin Rinker of Ohio, Jared Rinker (Rosie) of Ohio and Brittney Wright (Eric) of Ranson, WV; his great grandchildren, Jordan, Karter, Spencer, Karson, Isabella, Estella and Scarlett; and his siblings, David Rinker of Pennsylvania and Helen Bailey of Virginia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
